Solution:

Enable allow_url_fopen in php.ini

Getting these errors on the initial visit to the Ansel settings page after installation. If I refresh the page the errors go away. Have not purchased license yet.

    Disregard, I enabled allow_url_fopen in php.ini and good to go.
