image rows in grid are multiplying with every save

hi buzzingpixel,
we ran into a strange error with ansel on ee: placing the first image in a grid's row works fine, placing 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. images in new rows results in automatically multiplying images – instead of one new picture there are suddenly two same new images in the grid. saving the entry results in the following error notice:

I'm really sorry for the delayed reply.
I have not been able to duplicate this issue. Can you, perhaps share the field settings?
Also, are you able to see if there are any errors on the developer console at any point during page load, when selecting or dropping images on the field, or on submission or anything like that?
