Ansel cache file does not exist.

Description

Hi,

Just trying this product as it looks perfect for our use case. On submitting we get the error:

Imagine\Exception\InvalidArgumentException File /Users/marc/REPOS/sub002-docs/storage/anselCache/70efa6ba-cb3e-4099-af50-cfc1f749d0d8/5db17dbfd9cde8.35529363_pkmqjgfihneol.png does not exist.

in /Users/marc/REPOS/sub002-subism-docs/vendor/pixelandtonic/imagine/src/File/Loader.php

Also we can only drag and drop images into the field (select from asset library does nothing)

Any ideas that might help us along the way?

    I'm very sorry for the delay. Time got away from me.

    However, I have been unable to reproduce any problems with the latest version of Ansel and the latest version of Craft. To show that I really did some testing, I did a quick video: https://vimeo.com/378045342/1b81ecfded

    If you have any steps to take that can reproduce an issue I'd be glad to see if I can reproduce it.

    Some things to check:

    • Is the server on a load balancer? If it is, that could be the cause of the uploaded file not being there on entry submission (image uploaded to one server, submission of entry goes to another).
    • Are the file permissions correct on your upload and cache directories? Ansel needs to be able to write files to cache locations and upload locations.
