Ansel on Windows (IIS) server?

Description

Does Ansel work on a windows server, or is this currently untested? I'm getting all sorts of weird errors on mine, and would like to know if it's just me or if this is known.

    Ansel should be compatible with IIS, but I have no way to test it so it is untested. And as far as I know, I have no other customers using Ansel on IIS.

    And that error is very odd. Things are being concatenated into a the argument on a method call that should not be.

    I'll put this on my list of things to look at to see how that create_folder method call might be receiving a strange string concatenation argument, but I am not sure when I'll be able to get to it. I am behind on a project that I have to have done before I head out of state for a week in two weeks so I'm a little slammed.
