Category Construct is not obeying set category order.

Description

When using Category Construct it seems to automatically be ordering the categories by category id, rather than how they are ordered in the admin. Is there any way to get it to respect the order set out in the admin?

    Hi Nick, sorry this slipped through the cracks on me. I was sorting through issues and saw I hadn't done anything on this.

    I'm not actually able to reproduce this issue. Category Construct outputs categories for me in the order they have been set in the EE CP.
