every time i make revision of the nodes, a new segment will be automated added on the slug thus it does not link to a right page
#143 opened by Dan
Description
It actually did happen when I reported that the node cannot be deleted.
Here is the situation. Whenever I make a revision of a node (such as changing the template, the node name or the slug), a new segment will be automatically added on the slug thus it does not link to a right entry. For example, the original slug was mywebsite.com/spaces/wedding; it would be changed to mywebsite.com/spaces/spaces/wedding; sometimes it will be changed to mywebsite.com/spaces/event/spaces/wedding. It really depends on what the slug I entered last time. If I keep changing, it will keep adding the segment to the slug. My Workaround: I did find a workaround. After I made a revision, i need to drag the node a bit until the "Save Order" at the bottom popped up and then i also need to click on another "Tree" and the slug will be updated correctly. Thanks, Chris

I'm very sorry for the delay. Quite honestly I just missed the notifications for this.
Unfortunately, I've been testing this out tonight and have not been able replicate this issue. If I could collect some more details about your environment hopefully that will help. Particularly, if you can do a quick screen recording of it happening so I can see the steps and exactly what is happening, hopefully I can figure out how to replicate it.
