Showed category with only future entries

Description

I wish to show only categories with entries.. if i create a entry in the "future/entry date" the category is showed even if there's only futures entries.. I already use the show_empty=false (that's working).. Is Category Construct Ok with EE 5.x?!

    There were no changes in EE 5 that affected Category Construct.

    There's probably a problem with the query that's pulling the entries associated with the category so that it's not accounting for the open/closed status.

    I'm setting the status of this issue to accepted so that I can take a look at it some time, but I cannot say for sure when I'll be able to take a look at it being so close to Christmas and New Years. It will certainly be 2019 before I can look at this.
