Can I get the route to an entry's page from the entry id?

Description

I'm wondering if I can get the route (url) of an node if I know the channel entry id of the associated entry. Possible? No?

It'd be sweet if it was...

    I believe you're looking for the node_entry_id="x" param on the {exp:construct:nodes} tag.

    FANTASTIC... except for one thing... now I find I'll have to buy both Ansel and Construct for all my new projects!
