This is a legal agreement between you and BuzzingPixel, LLC for the use of BuzzingPixel, LLC’s software, Ansel for Craft (the software). By downloading the software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the license. BuzzingPixel, LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Permitted Un-purchased Use
Un-purchased use is permitted for 30 days to evaluate Ansel and make sure it’s the right fit for you. You may not continue to use Ansel un-purchased without written permission after 30 days of use.
Permitted Purchased Use
One license key/purchase grants the right to use the software for one application/site/single use/single public domain. A single site shall include having the software installed in non-public local development environments (i.e. your computer where you are doing dev work), staging environments, and one user-facing public website. All these uses must be for a single application/site/public domain. If you have more than one public domain, you need more than one Ansel license. You must pay for and obtain one license per public domain.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or re-distribute the Software, or portions thereof, to any third party.
- Sell, rent, lease, assign, or sublet the Software or portions thereof.
- Modify, tamper with, bypass, or in any way impede license registration and license enforcement and checking routines in the Software.
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws, or international law or regulation.
Display of Copyright Notices
All copyright and proprietary notices and logos in the Control Panel and within the Software files must remain intact.
Permitted Software Modification
BuzzingPixel recognizes that it may sometimes be necessary to alter or modify software to fit certain custom uses or applications. As such, except as forbidden by this license agreement, you may modify, alter, or extend the Software for your own use, or commission a third-party to perform modifications for you, but you may not resell, redistribute or transfer the modified or derivative version without prior written consent from BuzzingPixel, LLC. Components from the Software may not be extracted and used in other programs without prior written consent from BuzzingPixel, LLC.
Restricted Software Modification
You may not tamper with or disable any built in piracy protections in any way. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any systems or protections in place to verify license keys and public domains.
Technical support is not represented or guaranteed to be available at any time. BuzzingPixel, LLC does not provide phone support. If and when technical support is provided, no representations or guarantees are made regarding the response time in which support questions are answered and no representations or guarantees are made as to the satisfaction with the provided solution or resolution the problem or perceived problem.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzingPixel, LLC for any claims, actions or suites of any kind and/or any third-party claims, actions or suits of any kind, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements or fees arising from your use or misuse of the software, or a violation of any terms of this license.
Disclaimer Of Warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, BuzzingPixel, LLC does not warrant that the software or any related service(s) will always be available.
Limitations Of Liability
You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the software. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders of the software be liable for claims, damages or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software. License holders are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of use and assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risks of program errors, damage to equipment, loss of data or software programs, or unavailability or interruption of operations.
